IV. Installation Process (Illustrated Guide)
One press, one click – easy installation — takes less than 1 minute
Step 1: Clean the wall to ensure the installation surface is smooth and clean (do not install on tile joints, cracks or uneven surfaces)
Step 2: Position the safety handrail in the desired location and secure it
Step 3: With one hand, grasp the latch handle and press vertically against the wall; with the other hand, hold the bracket and press firmly to expel the air from the suction cup (do not lock the latch at this stage)
Step 4: Check the suction cup to ensure there are no gaps between the panel and the suction cup
Step 5: Press down firmly to lock the clasp; repeat the above steps for the suction cup on the other side
Step 6: Grasp the safety handrail and shake it vigorously to confirm successful installation — check that the indicator light is green
⚠️ Important note: This product is only suitable for smooth, non-porous, flat surfaces (tiles, glass, acrylic, metal, etc.). Do not install on rough walls, textured tiles, wallpaper, plastered walls or unpolished marble. It is recommended to check the suction hold at least once a week.
