📖 Instructions for Use
⚠️ Preparation: A jug of 60°C hot water (water temperature must not be too high to avoid scalding)
Soaking and softening
Place both the mouthguard and the dental gel into 60°C hot water and soak for 1–2 minutes.

Applying the gel
Once the dental gel has completely melted into a transparent gel-like consistency, remove it and use your fingers or a tool to spread it evenly over the inside of the mouthguard (the area in contact with the gums).

Fitting in the mouth
Place the gel-coated mouthguard in your mouth, bite down gently and press to ensure it fits snugly against your gums, then remain still for 1 minute.

Cooling and setting
Remove the mouthguard and leave it to cool naturally at room temperature (or rinse under cold water to speed up the process); once set, it is ready to wear.
