Tiyue Tyre Repair Gel is a black, elastic, soft adhesive specifically developed to address surface defects on tyres. It is not ordinary glue, but a specialised repair material that bonds deeply with the tyre’s rubber—leaving behind not a hard, rigid patch, but a supple, resilient repair that flexes and stretches with the tyre, continuously sealing the tear.

⚠️ Note: This product is suitable for repairing surface defects on tyres. If the tyre has a puncture, a bulge, extensive cracking, or exposed cord, please replace the tyre immediately; repair is not recommended.
VIII. Instructions for Use
Four easy steps
01 Cleaning: Clean the bonding surface thoroughly Wipe the damaged area with sandpaper or a cloth to ensure it is free of dust, oil and water
02 Applying the Adhesive: Squeeze out the adhesive slowly, controlling the amount Apply evenly along the direction of the crack, keeping the thickness between 1–2 mm
03 Smoothing: Smooth the adhesive until the crack is no longer visible Use the supplied scraper to smooth the surface, ensuring the sealant extends at least 5 mm beyond the edge of the damage
04 Secure: Secure with adhesive tape for 24 hours Leave to set at room temperature; initial setting occurs after 1 hour, with full curing achieved after 24 hours
IX. Before and After Repair Comparison
Before repair → Visible scratches, cracks and peeling on the tyre sidewall
After repair → The sealant has filled the area smoothly, marks have faded, and the tyre has been restored to its original condition
X. Precautions
Ensure the tyre is safe and free from other serious damage before use
This product is suitable for repairing small areas of damage on rubber tyres
If the damaged area is deep or has limited exposure to air, the full curing time will be extended
Curing time will also be extended in low-temperature environments
It is recommended to wear protective gloves during application
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
