Step 1: Clean the Surface
Thoroughly clean the surface of the material to remove stains, grease, dust, and rust. It is recommended to roughen the surface with sandpaper to enhance adhesion.
Step 2: Mix and Knead
Mix components A and B in a 1:1 ratio and knead repeatedly by hand until the color is completely uniform. Note: Use within 30 minutes.
Step 3: Fill and Shape
Fill gaps, cracks, or holes with the mixed putty, then shape it into the desired form using your hands or a tool. It is highly malleable and can be shaped freely.
Step 4: Cure and Set
Allow the putty to dry and cure; avoid contact with water during this time. Initial setting takes approximately 60 minutes, and full strength is reached after 24 hours. Once cured, the surface can be drilled, sanded, or painted.
