Compression Arthritis Gloves
Joint compression gloves are functional protective equipment designed specifically to relieve stiffness, soreness, and swelling in the hands, wrists, and thumbs. By using gradient pressure weaving technology and targeted acupoint pressing design, gentle and uniform pressure can be applied to finger joints and wrist ligaments, promoting local blood circulation, reducing swelling caused by inflammation, and providing support for overused hands to alleviate stiffness.

Usage instructions
Daily wear: Spread the gloves flat and insert them into the fingers starting from the fingertips, ensuring a wrinkle free fit on the wrist. Wear for no more than 8 hours a day, and it is recommended to remove them when resting at night.
Labor protection: Wear it before engaging in household chores, gardening, handicrafts, and other activities that require frequent use of hands, using pressure support to reduce hand strain. If there is soreness or swelling after the activity, continue to wear it for 1-2 hours to help recover.
Cleaning and maintenance: Hand wash once a week with neutral detergent, water temperature should not exceed 30 ℃, gently press to clean, avoid rubbing anti slip patterns; Lay flat and dry, do not expose to direct sunlight or wring dry, to prevent fabric deformation from affecting the pressure effect.

Applicable population
Office workers/mobile phone enthusiasts: Long term typing and screen swiping can cause stiff finger joints and wrist pain. Wearing it can alleviate symptoms of ''mouse hand'' and ''mobile phone finger''.
Handicraft practitioners/household workers: Frequent use of hand labor can cause strain on the thumb and index finger joints, and it can provide support and protection.
Patients with arthritis/tenosynovitis: Rheumatoid arthritis, tenosynovitis of the thumb, and other conditions can cause joint swelling and pain. Wearing it can alleviate discomfort and assist with daily activities.
Elderly people: As they age, blood circulation in their hands slows down and joint flexibility decreases. Daily wearing can improve stiffness and facilitate access to items.
Sports enthusiasts: Badminton, tennis, and other sports that require frequent swinging can easily lead to overuse of the wrist and fingers. Using it can prevent sports injuries.

Precautions
Taboo situation: Do not use for those with wounds on the hands, skin damage, or acute eczema; Individuals allergic to nylon and spandex should use with caution; Individuals with severe blood circulation disorders (such as venous thrombosis) should follow medical advice when using it.
Pressure perception: If you feel too tight when wearing it for the first time (such as numbness in your fingers or purple color), you should immediately remove it and choose a size one size larger; If it is too loose, it will have no effect and needs to be replaced with a suitable size.
Avoid wearing at night: Reduced hand activity during sleep and prolonged compression may affect blood circulation. It is recommended to remove it at night to allow the hands to fully relax.
Special population: diabetes patients need to pay attention to the hand skin status, and if there is any abnormality, it should be stopped in time; Pregnant women with swollen hands are recommended to choose loose sizes to avoid being too tight.
Replacement cycle: After 3-6 months of use, if the elasticity of the fabric decreases and the pressure weakens, new gloves should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the protective effect.
