HOW TO USE:
- Take out the hanger.
- Pull down the strap rope perpendicularly to the ground on desired height, if it has not blocked, do not immediately let go.
- Slowly pull out 1-3cm to block it.
- To higher, hold the hanging item slowly up to the length you like and release.
- To lower, hold the hanging item up a little then let the weight helps fall down.
